Very helpful

I am so grateful for everyone in this office. Britt Springer and Rachel did what no other lawyers could or would even attempt. I literally called 9 different attorneys in Watauga County and was turned down by each one for their own various reasons, which ultimately amounted to a lack of faith in me and confidence in themselves. They all told me that it could not be done, but I refused to believe it or take no for an answer. In the end it was Britt Springer who was truly knowledgeable of the law and was also not afraid of taking on a case just becuse the likelyhood of winning was slim to none. She actually took the time to figure out a winning strategy instead of just putting up road blocks and inventing excuses to not even try. Because we won, I will be graduating from school in 2 months with an Associates degree of Occupational Studies in Medical Assisting. Thank you guys so much for working for me and believing in me when nobody else would. For decades I have be haunted by the injustices that were done to me as child, by the police and the courts. I have been torchured by the black shoadowy cloud that comes with being a felon, a 2 time felon by the age of 18 for nonviolent petty drug crimes. That shadow is our, badly in need of reform, so called justice system in North Carolina. It is always there to remind you that you are useless, jobless, hopeless, and can never hope for a life that isn't a life of crime. Thanks to yall I can move on with my life as a 30 year old woman and not be tormented by past mistakes that were made by a kid.

In my opinion, Britt Springer is the best Attorney in Boone. She and her staff were exceptional in all areas but most importantly, doing their homework to get the facts. My family and I are extremely thankful for this very professional team!

I'd like to start off by saying that I would recommend Britt to anyone who finds themselves in need of a great attorney in North Carolina. Unfortunately, my family was put in that position a few months ago. Not being from the area and in need of an attorney quickly, I turned to Google. There were several attorneys with good reviews but I was able to speak with someone who had used Britt before, as well as someone at the courthouse who said, "She's good". I took a leap of faith and am so thankful that I did. Everyone in Britt's office has been polite, professional and extremely helpful. More importantly, Britt went to work and was able to get all charges dropped. She was able to resolve a case that had life changing implications for an innocent young man....felony charges that would have followed him for the rest of his life. I can't begin to express how appreciative and thankful our family is for finding Britt. I hope that I never need her services again, but if ever put in that position, she's the only phone call I'd make. Thank you again, Britt!
