Paul represented me about 15 years ago in employment litigation, but I'm forever grateful for his passion, knowledge & incredible work ethic. It was refreshing to know that Paul became a founder of his own firm. I highly recommend him & wish continued success.

Case involved harassment and bulling at my workplace..Organization failed to follow policy and intervene for me..When I responded to the aggressor's rude behavior I was basically given the choice to quit or be terminated...Reasons given included that I did not show remorse and could not guarantee them that it wouldn't happen again. 18+ yrs of loyal service as an RN didn't matter..No clear laws to protect me but Paul Capua did an exceptional job trying to find justice for me. I highly recommend him and would use him again should the need arise..
