Mr. Kapral agreed to take my case and sent me some forms the following day via someone at his lawfirm. I replied asking question which Ms. Kapral responded to a day later asking me to ask Mr. Kapral directly as she didn't have the answer. Before I could ask him, the same day about 30 mins after she emailed her response (which was to reask my question to the attorney directly), he emailed me stating I had until the next business day to turn in all my contract forms to him. I sent him the question I'd asked, which he somewhat answered. I then asked one additional question which he replied via email to but not answering - just telling me to call to get an answer. I called and he was on the other line, so I emailed mentioning that I'd called. He emailed back asking me to call again (rather than just answering my question). So I called again and was told he'd stepped out. I emailed that I'd tried to call him again and just mentioned I couldn't make his "that day" deadline with the forms because at that point I didn't have access to a scanner (and I was waiting on him to answer my brief question). I just mentioned it because he'd said to send it to him by that day previously, when I was waiting on the firm to answer a simple question. He then emailed back and said he wasn't taking the case. He never answered the question. Very odd, pushy and unprofessional!

I searched all over NC and Tn and no one could see through all the lies and false documentation like Stephen did. He made us feel at ease and got what i needed for the loss of my friend and husband of 53 years.It wasn't enough for the harm the did ,but it maybe keeps them awake to future action and gave me closure. I have worked with Steve and his firm on several property insurance claims and he and his firm have always kept me up to date with what is going on with each case. His knowledge of property insurance and willingness to take these cases on is rare as most plaintiff attorneys don't handle these types of cases but rather bodily injury cases. Another major plus is his fee structure which I have found to be extremely fair.

Steve handle our case with determination to see to it that we received justice for a very difficult case and even when it looked like we were up against people who were willing to use dishonesty to win, he continued on and came up with a plan that against all odds gave our family acknowledgement and justice in the end.
