I’ve worked with McCollum Law, P.C. on multiple real estate transactions, and they consistently provide excellent service. My wife and I were looking for a Estate Planning attorney and Duffy Palmer was recommended by a mutual friend. When we met Duffy in our first visit to his office, we noticed the numerous pictures of family and community service accommodations. Mr Palmer was the best! We really loved working with him. He created wills, trusts, power if attorneys and put it all nice and neat in a secure binder. Attorney Duffy Palmer - #1 Estate Planner I'm not sure how many stars are sufficient to rate an estate planning attorney who far exceeded expectations, just know that contacting Attorney Duffy Palmer to review my will was a huge gift to my family. I am well into my retirement years and never thought of myself as needing more than an update to my will, but I was wrong. Attorney Palmer initially met with me for a consultation without charge. He reviewed the information I brought with me and made recommendations that were specific and directly related to me and my family. Attorney Palmer made the complex easy to understand, and I now have the peace of mind that goes with knowing that if I become incapacitated or when I die, the decisions made will be what I would want. The notebook that is provided contains originals plus a copy of all documents and other information that may be needed. He is easy to reach by phone and promptly responds to emails.
