I had an ex excellent experience...it was quick, and hassle free experience...i highly recommend this law office to anyone that needs a great lawyer...thank you....I saw 1 bad review on here..that person must be a Fool to say anything bad about the Law Offices of Wiley Nickel.

This law office went above and beyond and was able to complete all the actions I asked for. I have not worked with many law offices but this one is professional and most of all gets the job done. They communicate quickly and keep you informed. They were able to get the judge’s approval when I did not think it was possible. Thank you for a job well done!!!!!

Excellent service; the support provided was professional, all correspondence was quick but thorough, and my speeding ticket was reduced to an improper equipment finding. I had no change in my insurance payment or points on my license. I have recommended Mr. Nickel to other friends who have had similar positive experiences.

My daughter (19 years old) received her second speeding ticket within 3+ months of her first one. After I calmed down, I began the search for a lawyer; of course the 20+ letters she got in the mail within 2 days of her ticket was overwhelming and initially I tossed them all and honestly decided to pull them out of recycle bin and look at them anyway, and yes, I looked at the attorney fee. Well this law firm was in the average range, but their pamphlet stuck out, and they had great reviews, so I gave a call for the free consultation. Emily laid out all the possible outcomes and was very professional and thorough in her email back to me to recap what we discussed. I did not need to go further - call it instinct. Short version - Kristi Haddock represented her in court, explained the process for Chatham County, and gave me all the steps needed prior to the court date. Outcome-reduction in speed and court costs! JUST WOW! My daughter has points now on her license and we will hope for no increase in our insurance; but I expected much worse. I hope she learned a lesson FINALLY, but should she lose her mind again and continue this stupid-ness, I'm taking her keys, but we will be a return customer. Thank you Kristi and staff!! I was pulled for an alleged reckless driving ticket a few months back. As soon as I got into contact with Wiley and his firm, my worries were over. They were great at communication, and also went through the trouble of obtaining my previous driving record, free of charge. Over the next few months, the team attended my court dates, and eventually, got my ticket reduced down to a non-misdemeanor speed. Quite possibly the best outcome I could have asked for. I don't anticipate getting in any more alleged traffic trouble, but if I do, I will be sure to contact these folks again. Thanks for all your hard work. There was not one day where I was worried about the outcome of this case. 5 stars all around.

Accumulated a substantial amount of speeding tickets. Caused my license to get suspended. Eventually revoked. They were able to dismiss all my tickets and get my license back. Very professional. Definitely will recommend to others.

I received a speeding citation the day after Thanksgiving on my way home from visiting my mom. I believe I was 19 over the speed limit, and this was not my first speeding violation of the yr. I was initially told by one lawyers that due to the fact this is my 2nd violation in the yr, it would be very difficult to get this violation reduced. I was bummed, but guilty because I was flying, and willing to accept the points on my license and increase in insurance. No later than the day after my court date, I received a phone call at work with someone stating that my citation was reduced to an "improper equipment", and there should not be any increases to my car insurance. These folks are wonderful and I recommend them to anyone in need of help!

When my new-driver teenager was charged with driving too closely to avoid an accident, this attorney was able to instruct her on taking a driver improvement class, as well as taking other actions, before her court date. At court, the attorney was able to get the charges dismissed. A very positive experience with the attorney.

Received a speeding ticket for 15 over 55. This was my first ticket, and he got it reduced to a $25 non-moving violation, so no points on my licence or insurance. Very happy with the outcome!

I needed an attorney to handle a speeding ticket. I was on and off the phone in less than 10 minutes, had very polite and simple service from start to finish, and they were able to get the charge reduced to improper equipment. Their costs were reasonable, but the value definitely came from how little of a headache this whole ordeal was.
