I found Ms. Hernandez's firm last year after having a bad experience with my last employer. I felt that they had taken advantage of me, but I was not sure if I had a case. Ms. Hernandez and her staff were thorough, attentive, and explained the law and strategies to help my case. She was able to resolve my case outside of court and it only took a few months. I did not have any expectations when I contacted her firm, but I am sure glad that I did!

I contacted Ms. Hernandez firm and spoke to her paralegal that was little to no help. She asked me to email her the documents to support my case which I did immediately after my call. I had to follow up on 3 occasions and it took over 30 days for a reply that they would not accept my case. If your looking for a timely response or competent paralegal go elsewhere.
