Seven years ago my wife and I bought our first dental practice. We were clueless. I was recommended to call Michael at NC Planning. First person I spoke to was Jennifer Sweazy. She was amazing. Still is all these years later. We have formed several corporate entities and bought a few practices over the years and worked with NC Planning every time. They have been quick to respond to every inquiry and have been a full service firm for all of our business needs. I referred my own family members for estate planning to that part of their law firm. I trust them entirely and would only work with them. Every colleague who is following us into ownership gets referred to this group. What is truly unique is they will advise against buying a risky business. We ultimately walked away from something that years later we realize wasn't good for us. They weren't just looking to collect a payment. They were looking out for me. I'd tell you to go their for the legal advice and stay there for the people.

Wonderful staff!

Patience and professionalism come to mind. We are an unmarried, but committed couple. She has her stuff, I have my stuff and we have lots of stuff together. She has her kid. I have mine. We have 5 grandchildren between us. Lots of questions and complication were all handled by this team of experts resulting in a Trust containing our individual Wills making our wishes clear for the Trustee to follow. As time passes, we are free to make adjustments as we deem appropriate. The various other Power of Attorney, Living Wills etc all done. Very comforting and reassuring..
