The H1B/GC process and was a long, tedious and nerve-wrecking experience but Emaunela has been nothing short of amazing throughout the whole process. She prepared and submitted the required documents and communicated throughout the entire process explaining what was expected and patiently addressed any questions I had. She handled all the complications very effectively and her advises helped me remain calm and optimistic when there any obstacles. I am glad to have her represent me and I'd highly recommend her to friends/family who were looking for immigration related help.

You know how frustrating the immigration process can get. You know when you are between a rock and a hard place and there is no immigration room to wiggle... and you are frustrated, and sad and unsure. She gets it. She knows how to create room for you within the confines of the law so you can consider your options. She is really good!

Of course at the end of the end the day you walk this walk, but she will always be there to reassure you , return your calls promptly and stay on top of the migration stuff. She is very knowlegeable and up to date with cureent stuff. She is a great lawyer who helped my family with the long process of obtaining the greencard. Despite the difficulty, she was organized and always tried to help our needs. She truly wanted to help our family and through her help, we wouldn't have been able to receive our greencard. Will always be thankful for what she did for our family.

I worked with Emanuela Prister with my lengthy immigration process. I had GREAT experience, working with her. I never paid a dime for any of her consultation, even at the time when I was with different lawer. I can recall several instances, where I was on phone with her for almost an hour. She always answered my calls or called me back at her earliest convenience. Every time I panic when the process did not go smoothly, she would calm me down and I always felt better after I talked to her. Emanuela made mistake with my dob and my wife's Alien # on our work permit documents. When it was brought to her attention, she didn't want to take any responsibility. Instead, she made us pay for the documents again. My wife had to stay home(loa-non pay) because of her mistake. Apparently, she had made a similar mistake with one of our friends also. I would not recommend her.

My husband and I had just received our green cards. As a nurse, my husband could apply for permanent residency, and I could also apply under him. A friend of ours referred us to Emanuela and we are so glad we decided to go with her. Emanuela is knowledgeable, made herself available to answer all our questions, and literally made the process VERY SMOOTH for us.
