Attorney John Miskey along with paralegal Julie Sanchirico were readily available for my many, many questions and concerns throughout a difficult divorce process and despite the practical challenges of COVID-19. Home association fee was $370, This firm added over $200 for documents filing (We are talking about sending a stamp letter in the mail). I was only late 30 days and I have explained to them the reasons ( Pandemic, Unemployment, and other reasons), but they have no interest to hear anything except when I’m going to send them a check. Due to their threat of ruining my credit, here comes my stimulus check to the rescue. This firm has no regard to people situations knowing that there is a Pandemic and unemployment all-time high. Unethical practices.

We had a terrible experience with this firm with a real estate closing. Their policy of not wiring funds for the seller places a significant burden on the seller. Further, their communication regarding the closing was essentially absent. If we did not take the prerogative to inquire, we would not have known about the closing time or location. Finally, they also gave misinformation regarding POA in North Carolina. Find another closing agent - this firm is not worth the extra effort.
