Rich provided us with with outstanding legal advice and assitance with an employment issue. He was always responsive and gave our matter the individualized attention it needed to be resolved. Responded on a Sunday within hours, gave great suggestions and answered questions but wasn't able to help me. He did point me in the right direction and answered questions about my situation that gave me the confidence to move forward in the proper fashion. Would hire if I needed most definitely.

I had a wonderful experience with this attorney. He was not able to take my case because it is not the focus of his practice but he went out of his way to give me advice on what kind of assistance to look for as well as some pointers to help me in my case! He was very kind, empathetic, respectful, and helpful and if my case was within the focus of his practice, I 100% would have love to work with him!

Attorney Daugherty answered the phone , which is an anomaly, and proceeded to help me by offering suggestions and detailed steps I should take to move forward with my claim / case even though he didn’t think he had time to take on my case. He is passionate , straightforward and I felt genuinely concerned about the rights of employees wronged by their employers. I benefited greatly from our conversation and am thankful that he took 30 minutes out of his day to coach me, even though he would not benefit from the call financially.
