Being from out of state; I did not have to physically appear in court, for getting a citation when I momentarily exceeded the speed limit in Durham County. It was much more convenient and less costly for me to have them represent me in court. 2. They were professional, easy to deal with, and explained all the details and costs in a clear manner. 3. Their knowledge of the courts and laws of North Carolina made them an obvious choice; instead of me trying to stumble through my own defense. 4. Following a light collision on a merging lane, the law enforcement officer decided to give me a citation, for "failure to reduce speed as necessary to avoid colliding with a vehicle". I had pushed the brake on time, when the car in the front stopped abruptly with no apparent reason (no stop sign, just a give way, and no other car in sight), but I had touched the car in the front slightly. The damage to my bumper was minimal, as was the back of vehicle in the front of me (total cost of the repairs end up being about 1000$ for each car). I was very nervous to go in court. Got my wife's ticket dismissed!

The Law Office of Matthew Charles Suczynski recently helped me resolve a speeding ticket. I found them responsive and easy to work with. My ticket was dismissed entirely, this was a positive outcome that I did not expect. I had a good experience and I will use them again if necessary.
