Matthew provided excellent representation to my stepson, who was clocked at 60 in a 35 zone. In Durham, NC. There were mitigating factors and Matt Suczynski was able to negotiate a lower violation into the record with the judge. Did he get the speeding ticket eliminated for my stepson? No, but he was looking at three or four insurance points against his license and instead only received one insurance point. And the violation was reduced to 44 in a 35 zone. From 60 in a 35 zone. The fee for all this help? $89. Plus another $191 in court costs. Received a speeding ticket 83/65. I have a very clean record but being 18 over is still a lot. Being from VA of course I received like 30+ legal advertisements in the mail to represent me in court. I was torn on a few but between balancing legal fees and google ratings I landed with Matthew Suczynski. Initially I was concerned when I only dealt with Mollee the Paralegal vs the actual attorney that would represent me. but she was very knowledgeable and made me feel slightly less concerned about my outcome based on my unique experience. After sending them my driving history report that showed I had not had a speeding ticket in 5+ years they confirmed they had everything they needed and then it was just a waiting game. court date came and went and it took 4 business days to get communication but when they reached out it was all good news. the team was able to get my case dropped to an improper equipment which I was blown away by! court cost were a little higher than expected but it was still better than having to deal with increased insurance cost and the DMV points. Overall could not be happier with the outcome and would absolutely recommend them to anyone in a similar situation. biggest opportunity for improvement in my mind is just a quicker update after the court date but even with that i would still leave 5+ star review.
