As an attorney myself I hesitate to write this review, but I feel like I have no choice since I cannot get ahold of anyone here. I contacted this law office and scheduled a consultation for the beginning of March 2022. After the consultation I sent a follow up email with more detail as requested by the attorney I spoke with. I received no response to this for over a month so I called the office and asked about the status of my case. The front desk apologized and after speaking with the attorneys said I would receive a follow up phone call in a few short days. It is now April 26 - two weeks since that phone call. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this law office due to the lack of professionalism exhibited here in my case. They seem to be incredibly unresponsive which, as everyone knows, is less than ideal in the legal world. I am very disappointed that I wasted two months of my time waiting for a response. I will be looking elsewhere.

I was so pleased with the services of this law office! I was kept informed of my case before, during, and after it was taken. I was very much grateful for such a respectful and informed team. From the first day I called to when my case was closed the law office was very gracious and kept me assured I would receive the best from them! Overall a great experience!!

I received a letter from so many law firms and i just randomly pick Mathew Charles Law. I’m supposed to go to courthouse but since im single mom i wouldn't be-able to drop my son at school . I called this firm and they did not disappoint me. They took care of my traffic violation. I even called them last minute so im very very happy that they were professional and work hard on my case. When you need a great law firm to fight the corrupt cops (the select few that is) of Alamance County, don’t look any further! They got my speeding ticket dismissed for me. There’s a reason they come highly recommended on the internet, plus their fees are more than fair!!!

The traffic law attorneys did a great job representing me for a traffic violation. My case was completely dismissed. I did not have to appear in court, and my fee was very very reasonable. I came into court to get my licensed fixed and no lie I was about yo revoke my own license but Charles came in helped me even waved some fee and now I am able to get my license if I get into any trouble I will be calling Charles great attitude positive guy Glad I met him💪🏾
