I chose this law firm to handle a traffic citation for me. I was not please with the original outcome and conveyed this to Mathew. He immediately went to work to get me a more favorable and insurance points free resolution! GREAT ATTORNEY WHO CARES ABOUT HIS CLIENTS!. Hire this firm!!

I think lawyers should be nice to both existing clients and potential ones. I thought I should hire Law Office of Matthew Charles Suczynski, PLLC but apparently I should have thought different.

I got was in an accident. I received their flyer in the mail for representation and I asked someone else if they had heard of the law firm and they recommended them. In the end my case was close and my case dismissed. They were great about keeping in touch, I didn’t have to go to court, and I didn’t even have to pay my ticket. They are GREAT!!

I got my first NC speeding ticket recently. I’m sure everyone has the same story-I was just going with the flow of traffic and was singled out of the crowd. Michael was able to get my ticket completely dismissed. I highly recommend him.

Following a light collision on a merging lane, the law enforcement officer decided to give me a citation, for "failure to reduce speed as necessary to avoid colliding with a vehicle". I had pushed the brake on time, when the car in the front stopped abruptly with no apparent reason (no stop sign, just a give way, and no other car in sight), but I had touched the car in the front slightly. The damage to my bumper was minimal, as was the back of vehicle in the front of me (total cost of the repairs end up being about 1000$ for each car). I was very nervous to go in court. I decided to hire a lawyer, and I was more than positively surprised by the professionalism and the very easy communication with the Law Office of Matthew Charles Suczynski. They had kept contact through the process, especially when the first court date was postponed due to inclement weather, and contacted directly my insurance agent on the case for documents required in court. The use of two attorney approach (Attorneys Matt Suczynski and Mike Paduchowski) allowed them to get the best outcome : case dismissed. As a result I have a clean driving record and the increase in my insurance cost will be minimal. I recommend their service to anyone who need legal rights protection.
