I have NEVER experienced worse customer service or worse communication that when working with The Law Office of Kevin M. Kennedy. Mr Kevin Kennedy is SO rude and doesn't''t listen to the customer when they talk. I was charged a failure to appear in court fee after Mr Kevin Kennedy appeared for me and he was NOT able to provide me with the details as to why I was charged this fee and this has been MONTHS of me calling and calling and them saying they will call me back with answers. They have never called me back and when I call, I get the run around of different answers and excuses. Overall I had terrible experience and I would never recommend to anyone.

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT HIRE HIM! I am a VA resident and got a traffic ticket in Durham. I paid Mr. Kennedy to appear in court on my behalf (after he assured me I would not have to appear and he would handle it). I called a few hours after court to ask the outcome and he didn’t recognize my name or case. When I started to question him on if he even appeared on my behalf, he mocked me and said “I took that risk with trusting him when I paid”. I then questioned him more and he hung up on me. I called back and he didn’t answer. I then called the Durham Traffic Court and was informed HE DID NOT SHOW UP IN COURT TODAY! He seems very promising and professional when you first speak with him. But learn from my mistake. DO NOT HIRE HIM! HE IS NEITHER RELIABLE NOR TRUSTWORTHY! Spare your self the anxiety!
