I did not have any traffic tickets before, I received tons of the mails after I had the traffic ticket, the attorney picked up my phone and explained in details, which made me decide to go with him. I followed up closely, but I didn't have the good luck to talk with the attorney even I dialed several different phone numbers in the following days before the court date, I assume he was very busy. The assistant mixed up my wife and my traffic ticket once, I doubt if she submitted the correct documents in the end. I completed the community services and driving school lessons as per the lawyer ordered, finally I received 3 license points and 2 insurance points, and being told me this is already a good result. It made me disappointed, personally I will not recommend this law office.
