I was mortified to get my first speeding ticket in many years and received nearly 20 letters from lawyers offering assistance. I was impressed with the professional appearance and content of the letter from Mr Sullivan and when I checked out positive reviews and the website, I contacted the office and left a message. Mr. Kennedy called me back almost immediately. He asked me questions and discussed the process and was extremely helpful. On my court date, Mr Kennedy was able to negotiate a very acceptable outcome and sent a letter outlining the result and my court costs on the same day. I would recommend his services to anyone who needs assistance with a traffic ticket.

Got a letter in the mail, so I called him, but he wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise. He kept saying the same thing over and over in different ways to fill the space, then told me how to pay him like it was a done deal. As soon as I tried to ask a question to get more information, he flat out ignored what it was, talked over what I was asking and said the same thing again, just differently. When I tried to interrupt him and say that wasnt what I was asking he said that he wouldn't be able to help me and hung up on me. Overall just a very unprofessional way to do things and and would not recommend this firm to anyone
