Kevin took my call and was immediately abrasive. He said he didn’t want to hear my complaints. I was calling in regards to getting representation in a superior court case and was trying to express my concerns about my representation. He hung up on me very rudely. In response to the reply: There was no discussion of “the system” as he put it, I simply started stating my attorney did not give me discovery and still has not to this day, did not meet me in person till the day of trial, and did not appeal the case orally and then proceeded to say I could go and appeal it in person myself if he needed me to. He then proceeded tell me that he wasn’t there to hear my “complaints” and hung up. I’d think if you were taking a case from another attorney you should have background of the matter. This attorney completely lied in his reply about me making a lengthy tirade etc, it was nothing of the sort. I pray this gentleman finds more patience and respect when dealing with his clients, current or potential.

I was extremely anxious when I got a traffic ticket on the highway by a moving officer, I was positive I was not speeding like that on a 65 zone, but I still got a ticket which made me sad and anxious at the same time so I decided to look up law offices with great reviews and I found Mr Kevin Kennedy's Law office and felt I could trust him to handle my case. God knows the anxiety that I've been going through for the past 3 weeks before my court date! But Mr Kennedy did not disappoint! he was able to dismiss my traffic ticket of speeding 16 miles on a 65 zone and and ended up with no court fees or fines or any points on my driving record or on my Insurance and his legal fees were extremely reasonable!! Also to mention, Ms Carol always responded back to my questions or emails as quickly as possible and she kept me well informed of the steps to be taken. I truly can't thank you enough Mr Kevin Kennedy and will definitely recommend you to anybody facing the same situation that I faced!
