I really appreciate all the communication. Mr. Kennedy talked with me about their process and how to start the paperwork online. They emailed me updates as well as detailed instructions for options to pay my ticket. Very easy to work with.

could not be better

I received my 1st SPEEDING ticket in NC on Labor Day weekend in a rush to a work meeting. I got pulled over by a State Police, he clocked me going 92 on a 65 mph on highway 40. I was surprised myself that I was going that fast, didn’t even notice it in my smooth driving new car. Received a letter in the mail from Kevin Kennedy’s office along with many others. And decided to call to find out what I needed to do to get this taken care of. I spoke with Kevin the Attorney, he was very pleasant and upfront on what I needed to do. I took the defensive driving class which was a eye opener and only 4hrs. Well worth it, because it helped me in my case. Kevin showed up for me at court with my Certificate of my course and got my “reckless” driving and speeding ticket reduced to 74 on a 65 with NO Insurance points. Just a court fee which is better then points on my license and Insurance going up! I HIGHLY recommend him he’s AWESOME 👍 Thank you Kevin Kennedy and office staff

He was very helpful and understanding. He was also available and got prompt responses. Since I am new to the area he directed me to places where I could take the Safe Driving Classes.
