Katie Gilbert is the best. She was courteous, professional and personable. She always found time to reply to emails or to have a phone conversation. She was realistic and explained the process and legalities to us. I never felt she was an attorney and we were clients, she was so warm and kind and friendly. I felt she REALLY cared about us. I called last Wednesday and I scheduled a consultation the person I spoke with asked me the reason of my call I explained why . He asked me for some personal information which I provided he told me I will get an email to confirm everything. I never received the email so today a day before my appointment I called to see why I never got the email ? And the person who answered the phone told me I’m not scheduled this is just insane this is very unprofessional I waited almost a week for my appointment and now they don’t have me scheduled neither have anything available,
