As a busy real estate professional - I cover a ton of ground on a day to day basis and my time is very limited. When I got a ticket in Huntersville a few months back, I called Ben and asked if he could help and what the process was. For my case, he explained he would try and get it dismissed and that I wouldn't have to come to court, he would take care it - all for a very reasonable fee. Ben kept me in the loop every step of the way. I got a text one day that my case was being pushed back a few more weeks and I had forgotten all about it! In the end, Ben was able to work with the city and get my ticket taken care of, my insurance did not change and I only had to pay a small fine. The best outcome for my case that I could ask for! You are represented by an attorney that seldomly is involved in your case and finds ways to rack up billable hours that have nothing to do with helping you. During the time I was represented by this firm it was a revolving door of attorneys that didn’t either; seem to know what they were doing or just wanted to you to settle regardless of your request. Getting billed for hours because they fire the attorney and the new one has to get up to speed is very shady business practice. On top of that, they have had cyber attack and leak personal information and their only response is identity protection for a short term. It seems the only subject this firm does in a timely manner is bill you.

Ben was determined to get a dismissal outcome for a felony case and delivered exactly that. He is knowledgeable, aggressive and has an impressive amount of experience. Ben made sure my family and I knew what was happening throughout each step of the process and explained things many times until we fully understood.
