Extremely unprofessional and rude intake process. Don't waste your time with a company that can't be bothered to take you seriously enough to speak with you during the intake process. Their intake personnel hardly "speak" English, never mind read the script that they bumble through. Hey Morgan and Morgan, I can guarantee you 100% success in retaining clients who call! Then I won't even need disability help! I speak fluent English, and need no script to get someone's name! Not to mention I'm polite to prospective customers. Seriously the worst initial contact I've ever had with ANY business.

From my personal experience, having people who care about you throughout this process makes a big difference. This is what I experienced with Katlyn Rey. From our initial consultation and throughout my entire case, Katlyn had a genuine concern for what I was going through. Katlyn has a compassionate approach and she not only delivered excellent legal advice but provided the moral support to keep me focused on a positive outcome! I also benefited from her great attention to detail and incredible preparedness. I can honestly say that she definitely outperformed opposing council in my case! My divorce took place many years ago, so while the details aren’t necessarily fresh, I recall a very positive experience working with Todd Owens and Dozier Miller. Todd was professional, insightful and compassionate as he worked with us to find mutually agreeable solutions. While stress is inherent in any divorce, working through this phase of the process with Todd helped to mitigate it.
