I learned a few facts but am still lacking representation for my issues

I’ve known Ben for many years. While he’s known to be amongst the elite of attorneys in the Charlotte Metro, I think it’s important to know he’s an even better person. Finding people you can trust, particularly attorneys, can be challenging. Ben is one of very few I’m 100% comfortable confiding in. I can be confident his knowledge, experience, and aptitude will lead to a favorable resolution. This I say from firsthand experience.

I will say when individuals write these reviews it's best to understand parts of it and find your truth. This lawyer is by far one of the worse I've seen in a long time. He's a smooth talker and will make you believe he's going to go above and beyond but that isn't the case. Fist thing is never tell him what you paid for another lawyer because he wont take any less, secondly never take cash, only pay on the janky app he uses for his transaction and please don't believe him when he say's anything about all these white lawyers taking advantage of us blacks, because trust me he will do the same. He did my brother real bad, took his money and because we overpaid in cash he thought it would be good to keep the money until trial. The issues is that's not what we agreed too and he never ever showed up to court. Families out there, listen to the other reviews and trust that this man ain't the right lawyer for us.

My journey has been long however David has been my attorney since 2016 and I would never have anyone else represent me. He’s kind, patient, firm but his mission is to help and most importantly do what’s best for the child(ren) involved. If you’re looking for a attorney who will fight for your child(ren) you can TRUST David Mcleary!!! David is relatable and one of the best if not the best at Dozier Miller Law Firm!

They're just like any other law firm. they're not for the people. Like they claim. Don't be fooled. Don't waste your time.
