I am being black listed by this law firm now because I want to cancel representation. I was in a car accident about a month ago and called this law firm a day or two later. They took my case on so fast because I have case here but he wants 40% of just injured claim not both property damage and injuries. He told his employees to tell me he covers property damages but he would want another 40% just to cover that but I wont get much so he's not going to cover the property damages. I found out they where trying to rob me blind, also the secretary not being able to tell me things with my case. Plus she was being rude and had an attitude because I asked to cancel services. Now its been a month and I cant even get the attorney to call me to discuss this mess. The secretaries keep calling me asking how I’m doing. I ask to see if they canceled services and they keep saying I need to speak to the attorney. Now I cant even get another attorney to help me because this law firm is trying to black list me for this incident. Now I’m with out a car, in super constant pain from this car accident with a 2 year old.

It took over two yeas to receive my daughter’s settlement, but the staff was very apologetic regarding confusion and delay. I had to call the representative that assisted in my minor hearing to get things completed. No one seemed to know what the issue was, and said they were waiting on a judge… FOR TWO YEARS!!!! Once resolved, I was able to obtain my daughter’s settlement in two days…I’m sorry, but I wouldn’t recommend this Law Firm, regardless of its media popularity. This was the Florence, SC location. I'm not certain as to how matters are handled elsewhere.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My lawyer rarely ever answered or called me back and they made things as difficult as possible for me and my family. For the love of god find a different law firm to go to!!!
