I would not recommend Mitchenerlaw to anyone. My case been in their office since October 2019. The other party died last year and I notified them. I was told my case was still moving forward. I’ve been in contact with them barely and had my case manager introduce her self over 3xs in a 3 month span. Everytime I talk to her she says “Hi, I’m Daniella your new case manager. This is the first time I’m seeing your file. Give me a few moments to review.” She never calls back nor send an email. I call her and she says “O I need to talk to Mr. Mitchener. I wasn’t aware of any damages done to the inside of your car” 🥴😡 Now I’m being told that he lost all my photos and documents for my property damage… and unfortunately they can’t move forward unless I can reproduce what was already provided 2 years ago. No ma’am that sounds like a personal issue. Looks like y’all gone be personally cutting me a check for the property damage. 🥴 Letting them handle my case was a H U G E mistake. I’m very disappointed. Now I have to wait until Monday to sign a release with Mr. Mitchener (who is NEVER in office or available to speak with) and get my case closed elsewhere. This place is of no assistance. Just a headache and time wasted.

I recommend everyone in NC to go here , If there were 6 Stars to leave I would. Mitchener is the attorney that assisted me and when I say nothing but professional service is what he offered me that's an understatement. Honestly I was nervous at first because I didn't think he would take my case, but then came Mitchener. Not only did he handle my case, but he handled it with a sense of urgency and didn't overcharge or take advantage of me. I look forward to working with Mr.Mitchener in the near future. Mr. Mitchener and his team have been great!! Very kind, professional, always returned my calls and answered any questions I’ve had. In the past, I’ve dealt with attorneys who never returned calls or were very rude. This has not been the case here. I have zero complaints and highly recommend him and his team for any of your personal injury/legal needs. You won’t be disappointed!!

If you need experience and results go with them. Mr. Mitchener is simply outstanding.

My chiropractor referred me to this law office and when I met with the lawyer and gave the details of my accident. He basically said we was wasting his time . He was rude and stated that he couldn’t help me and immediately said let me escort you and you family out the back. No have a nice day or anything I was shocked that I encountered this treatment. Me and my husband was super embarrassed as other looked at this happen and no one spoke up at all. Will never use this office again. This isn’t a way to treat people

Excellent attorneys at this law firm. I am thankfully not familiar with this process as I have not had many injuries of this magnitude in my life. Because of this, I was not sure what all the process would entail. I didn’t understand the wait time. My attorney, Attorney Downer along with Attorney Mitchener, clearly worked tirelessly to get me the best solution. Stand up men, with honest intentions. They are here to help people! I recommend. My chiropractor sent me to the right law office. I have learned through this process that if you can be patient, the dividends will be there! Blessed start to my 2024!!!
