I had the best customer service possible, my case manager Daniela Rodriguez was ontop of everything possible and had amazing communications skills throughout the entire process and that was the most important thing as a client knowing what was going on at all times. The other colleagues such as Mr.Yarborough and Mr.Beltran did phenomenal job informing me on the process and was guiding me through this rough experience and got me to a chiropractor and got me back in top condition. And I also learned some things about my profession as-well . 5/5 experience

I put one star but if they could get no star I’d Give them No Star Highly don’t recommend at All , Lawyer fee is almost the same amount as Your payout check … 1/3rd in his words They don’t call and give you updates I’ve only received one call where I didn’t have to reach out , Lack of communication , the receptionists Sorry as hell she has told me The same story since they received my case they will tell you ..” you get your check in 2weeks” then 2weeks turns into a month he gone to tell you remember I don’t get paid till you get paid but also says once we receive the payment we will pay you in 5 business days … they Take so much money to do nothing but procrastinate I will never Go back To Them I am definitely unsatisfied
