I had a great experience working with Mr. French and everyone I interacted with at his office.

Overall, they got the job they were paid to do done. They definitely nickel and dimed us over some pretty simple changes and corrections they were asked to make and I don’t feel like was out of the scope of the initial contract. I definitely got led down a road in the process that wasn’t in line with what I needed them to do, or asked them to do, and it caused additional headaches and changes to be made at the last minute. So make sure you are crystal clear with them, or else you may end up in the same situation I was in.

I would just like to say that this law firm is nice and well knowledgeable. I spoke with Nina originally and she set up my consultation and she was just great. She helped me with all the information I needed and things I should bring before my appointment. I came to my appointment and the concierge was great. He helped me and my partner with beverages and they also have refreshments for clients too. I finally met with Alex which was great. He helped me and acknowledged me on so many things, helped me fill out paperwork and told me what my next steps should be. He also made sure all questions were answered and made me feel very comfortable about any questions or confusions I had. I would definitely recommend this firm!

The darkest chapter of my entire life has come to a hard close today. Almost a year ago to the day, I was served custody papers by someone who viewed my child as a weapon to use against me, not as a parent looking out for my son’s best interest. I frantically began calling around getting such disappointing news from all other attorneys who had said even though I had extremely damning evidence directly from the source— evidence citing physical abuse, drug use, neglect, etc.. I would still have to give my sweet son up to this violent human at least every other weekend. Not settling, I kept calling around and my experience started with the receptionist, Nena, who answered my frantic call. She had such a calming voice, reassuring me that everything was going to be ok. She promised to introduce me to one of the best most kind hearted attorneys— and that is exactly what she did. I had my first call with Alexander French and he immediately just put my frantic mind to ease. He ACTUALLY listened to me, he heard my fears, and he let me know that he would take the very best care of me. For the first time since being served the custody papers, my shoulders finally dropped down from my ears. I felt like it was going to be OK from the first call. I gathered my evidence and put it all into an organized binder and dropped it off within a day or 2 of our call. There is where I meant another one of my angels on earth— Alex’s paralegal, Denise Romero. I started again panicking going through the book with her having to relive the abuse I had been putting up with for years and she just hugged me and I KNEW she actually cared. I didn’t feel like just another single mother going through custody battle. I felt like they were fighting for one of their own, like they had known my son and I forever and there was no way they would let anything happen to us. They answered every frantic call I had, and “held my hand” walking through this dark tunnel to the light at the end of it where I was granted permanent legal and physical custody of little boy. Down to the second right before the judge made her decision, Denise was in the back anxiously waiting and Alex letting me know everything was going to be ok. I would recommend this law firm to anyone who finds themselves in the same situation. I could not ever in my life thank Alex, Denise, and the entire staff over there enough. I didn’t just get permanent physical and legal custody of my baby, I gained lifetime friends. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!

Mr. Alexander French was absolutely outstanding to work with. He was very calm, helpful, and kind through the divorce process. Incredibly straightforward from our first meeting, he explained the process to me in layman's terms and kept the process very clear and goal-oriented. He even handled contact with my ex on my behalf to spare me from any mental and emotional burdens from my trauma. And was very understanding when it came to my PTSD and autism.
