I had quite the complicated case for myself getting custody of my younger brother and the second I found McIlveen all my worries went away. I first spoke with Nina who was absolutely amazing, caring and thorough. She set my consultation with Chelsi Jolly immeadiately and assured me she was the perfect one for the case. Boy was she right! Chelsi and her paralegal Andrea were both amazing, thorough, caring and responsive as well and answered all the questions and concerns I had regarding our situation. I highly recommend this law team times a thousand. I cannot say enough good things about the people at this firm. They are truly a blessing in a time of need.

Alex has an easy-going demeanor and really knows his law. He schooled me on my rights, listened to my concerns and then we discussed options. Alex kept me updated and was SO PATIENT re-explaining terms and concepts as the process unfolded. He handled all the messy bits that I was dreading and negotiated a better settlement than I expected (and my ex still talks to me!). Actually, our relationship is so much better since the settlement. Just being separated left us both in limbo. My ex was glad that Alex wasn't some pit bull lawyer trying to gut his finances for bragging rights. For me, Alex was worth every penny: peace of mind, the excellent settlement, minimal drama (from my ex & kids), updates & communication and the respectful way he handled my case. Would have given 5 stars if it had been communicated to me that my divorce had been finalized and signed off by the judge..... My divorce case was actually final and signed by a judge for a week before i found out, when I emailed inquiring on a status update. Was pleased with all aspects of my dealings with them except for the end.

Mr. French is by far one of the hardest working and honest attorneys I ever hired (7 to date). We had a horrendous case which involved the sexual assault of our 5 year old daughter. When we retained Mr. French he prepared and filed a 62 page emergency order inside of 72 hours. He was successful in obtaining the emergency ex parte order. He has shown us he is a man willing to beat tight deadlines and go above the bar set by his peers. His presence in the courtroom caused the opposing side to have their senior partner join the case halfway through the trail because of how well prepared he is and able to be quick on his feet when cross examing. He may not be the cheapest, but, he is the hardest working attorney who researches every angle I have ever met.
