I would highly recommend using Browning & Long for any traffic violation in the Charolette, NC area. I got a speeding ticket while visiting some friends. Unfortunately for me, North Carolina traffic laws do not allow you to pay a ticket online if you are going 15 mph above the speed limit - I was going 16. This forced me to either appear in court myself or hire an attorney. I worked with Todd Browning and have nothing but good things to say. Todd was super responsive, answered all my questions and was a pleasure to work with. He got my “serious” traffic offense reduced to improper equipment - I got no points on my license or insurance and just had to pay the court fee, which was a little over $250. This was an expensive mistake, but I am so glad I hired Todd to do all the heavy lifting for me. I didn’t not have to appear in court. My only responsibility was to give Todd some background information, pay his fee (well worth it), and pay the court fee.

In 2018 I retained Hall & Dixon. Initially had spoken will Issa Hall. Then Ron Dixon had taken over. My license were permanently revoked for traffic violations in many counties across NC going back to 2012 (I think). No DWIs. Everything was finally resolved Feb 3, 2023 (Covid obviously pushed court cases back). Ron was able to get my license back with no points. Ron Dixon is amazing and has done an outstanding job with my cases. To my surprise he even had something I totally forgot about expunged. Expensive, but well worth it.
