Mr. Browning represented me for an aggressive driving offense that I got back in December of last year. The DA initially did not want to settle the case at a lower charge, but Mr. Browning stuck with it, and after several court dates was able to get them to drop the charge to a general traffic violation. After reading the reviews after talking to Attorney Crews, I'm glad we decided not to use her. She was late to the initial consultation and then charged $150 for an hour but only stayed on the phone for less then 30 minutes. This was ok because sometimes consultations last longer then others. However, when I messaged her several times to ask a question that I forgot to ask and she did not even bother to respond. If she is unprofessional like that in trying to gain clients then I can relate to the other complaints because she would probably be worst once you've given her your money. I don't deal with unprofessionalism kindly so will not be using her in the future either.

Poor business tactics, she ensured me and my fiance had a winning case, then charged us 2500$ to represent us, almost a year later she has done nothing, she sent a letter to them announcing us suing them, they asked for settlement and then she has done nothing at all to resolve the issue, instead every time we ask her she avoids us, wether it be out of town, or on a call etc. SHE IS A FRAUD. We were concerned with her not reaching out to opposing counsel, when asked about this she refuses to send proof of such, and also states she doesn’t send opposing counsel anything, however on email she said she has reached out to them. SHADY. We asked for a refund as she hasn’t done ANY work hardly at all, definitely not 2500$ worth, and she just denied it claiming she did her job, and if we “don’t trust her then she can’t represent us” and we have all this recorded, because I’m sure she’ll deny it. STAY AWAY FROM HER SHE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. We are filing a case through the NC State BAR, hopefully she will correct her mistakes and make amends, or lose her license before she takes anyone else's money.
