I retained Mr. Gilles for a civil matter. Mr. Gilles was very professional, prompt in responses and has a way of making you feel at ease. Mr. Gilles and his assistant showed up to the hearing prepared for any possibility. They were both easy to talk to and made you feel like you have known them your whole life! If you are looking for a firm that truly is a judgment free zone, call these folks. I appreciate the professionalism that I was shown. I also appreciate the expodious manner in which they handled my case (even in the middle of this pandemic). These guy's are the BEST.

My Experience was not to the standard that I've seen in the reviews below me. This is not an attempt to smear or disparage the individuals involved in this process. But my experience goes as follows. I wasn't given adequate advice in a child support case in which at the time I had a 50/50 parental agreement already in place. There was a fee issued from Gilles law for preparation in which in itself wasn't a problem, but at the time of my child support case Gilles was unaware of my 50/50 custody agreement, insurance, and child care I provided my child, in which I provided documentation to substantiate in my consultation weeks prior. There was no advise given on taxes and how that is argued in child support cases such as mine. Gilles also made off hand comments to my partner at the time months later that were deemed disparaging of me as a person, suggesting "I couldn't see you with a person like that". My experience was not at all to the standard I expected, and will not be returning for any further legal advise from Gilles law.

I'm a San Francisco native. Who caught a criminal case down @ Charlotte Douglas International Airport . I'am a Habitual Felon & I thought my life was over. I was referred to Mr. Gilles from some friends in Charlotte. My friends retained him & I was told he has the best prices in Charlotte. I mean, Mr. Gilles gets the same deal's, if not better, then the suppose to be high tech lawyer's around the Charlotte area. Mr. Gilles was dedicated to fighting my case. If I ever had question's or needed him to come by the jail he was there. Mr. Gilles found a reasonable bail bondsman to get me out. When I was able home on bail. Mr. Gilles stayed in contact and keeping me informed on my case. If not he had his paralegal keep me up to date on everything. I was never in the loop about anything. I had many lawyer's over the year's. Mr. Gilles was the best by far. Everybody in the office was was more then helpful. Gilles Law, PLLC: Criminal Defense Attorneys are the best in the Carolina's.

Mr Ittoop was a true pleasure to work with. He kept us informed at every step and was extremely knowledgeable. Most important, my past perception of attorneys were squashed. Past experiences have been with attorneys who acted nonchalant about my situation and seemed to only be looking at the money. This wasn't even close with Mr. Ittoop.
