First off let me say, This was my first time being pulled over and I absolutely had no clue what to do or how the overcome would be. Browning & Long took care of business. In a world where professionalism and customer service have become pathetic, it was quite refreshing to see a group deliver on all points. The positive outcome of my case were just as Browning & Long predicted...their follow up directions after the case was very detailed, and very appreciated as well. Howard and Jennifer were in my corner from the beginning! They do not disappoint. Traffic violations can do so much damage and they understand that and work to get the lowest possible outcome. They handled everything in a very professional manner when I recieved a speeding ticket for going eleven miles over the speed limit. My court fees were significantly reduced and I recieved no points against my insurance. I hope not to ever need them, but if so, I will surely call them. I will also recommend them to family and friends.

Very professional and took as little of my time as possible. Everything was explained upfront, so there were no surprises along the way. My ticket was handled exactly as was described before the process began and I was more than pleased with the result. Also the service I received far exceeded the price I paid. I don't know what else you could ask for. Hopefully I'll never need them again, but if I do I'll definitely return.
