In this review there is no way I'll be able to express just how grateful we are that we found and hired Howard to represent us in court. He's smart, professional, inquisitive and friendly in a way that puts you at ease. Howard was actually the fourth attorney we called as we were making our way through the process of finding someone to help us with a very strange situation and charge. The first three attorneys barely listened and immediately gave advice on how they'd go to court to have charges "reduced". Howard actually got our case dismissed! Why? Because he was thorough and did the work required to be able to present the information. He invited us to the office to discuss the case in detail, I'm pretty sure we spent time beyond his office hours. If we ever need an attorney again, Howard will be our FIRST phone call!

They was able to void my citation for cheap. They even worked with me when I couldn't get in contact with my case handler of my insurance. They post poned my court date with no extra fees!!!! Definitely worth the 80 bucks!!!!!

I Hired this firm to represent me in a speed violation case and I couldn't be happier with the end result. I got a speeding ticket in North Carolina, and I live in Florida, and this was a very inconvenient citation, involving a potential 10 hrs. drive on a business day appear in court!!! Mr. Browning did exactly what he projected and was able to reduced the ticket to a Improper Equipment infraction, by far the best scenario! After I got my traffic ticket I received a lot of letters from Lawyers and I called several. I called him and he was up front with the hole procedure explaining in detail what I could expect. Unlike the others he was very knowledgeable and I sent him over everything and he went to court and got my ticket down without and points or any increase in my insurance. He has answered all my questions and I would highly recommend him.
