Great lawyer! I had a bad traffic ticket and he reduced my speed to where I had to pay $10 only! Excellent service!! I highly recommend him.

I really can't say enough positive things about this law firm. I got a speeding ticket and then at least 20+ solicitation letters from Charlotte lawyers to represent me - I honestly did not know how to choose one. Howard Long reached out to me with a personal phone call. That made all the difference for me in choosing a lawyer to represent me. He was the only lawyer in that 20+ to do so. I felt like we already knew each other. He was friendly, patient, and courteous in giving me all the time I needed. He also reached out with a personal phone call when the case was resolved. In today's very impersonal world, that was pretty significant to me. He always kept me informed and the case was favorably resolved!

Howard Long listened to my situation regarding a traffic violation and immediately engaged with me in potential possibilities for having the violation dismissed or reduced. Unlike other law firms that solicited my business, he did not immediately jump to scare tactics involving projected increases in my automobile insurance premiums. He was truly sympathetic to my situation (a "rolling stop" at a stop sign in Davidson while driving a truck for a local charity organization) and expressed confidence that the district attorney's office would share his viewpoint. He sought all the facts and the mitigating circumstances and then shared his strategy for seeking a dismissal. After a couple of runs at the district attorney's office he was successful in having the violation dismissed. All of this was done over the phone and through scanned documents. I never had to go to his office, nor did I have to appear in court. Howard was pleasant to deal with at all times. His fee was about 75% of what the ticket and the court costs would have been if I'd simply given up and accepted the violation. However, that savings pales in comparison to the additional automobile insurance costs I would have had to pay. Don't let a police officer having a bad day and choosing to take it out on you cost you a couple of thousand dollars.

Mr. Browning helped me get my license back after it was suspended for excessive speeding. Mr. Browning worked hard during the holiday season, communicating with me every step of the way. I am so appreciative of the way Mr. Browning worked so hard to help me.

I had an amazing experience. Let me say I am always nervous when it comes to lawyers, courts, and Jail. However, from the very first phone call to the last email I never felt uncomfortable. I never had to leave a message or speak to a paralegal. Mr. Long always answer his phone. He was very direct with what my options were and legal fees. I felt like he was working for us.
