I recently moved to NC and since I am not familiar with the area I was trying to find my way around. Out came a policeman from I-85 and pulled me over. He said I was going 66 in a 35 MPH zone. I wasn't and told him so but he still gave me a ticket and ordered me to appear in court. The next day I started receiving letters from attorneys in the mail. I received around fifteen letters, opened each one and read the qualifications of each attorney. I eventually choose Todd Browning. To my surprise when I called Todd answered the phone. Usually when you call an attorney you have to go through a long process before you can speak to them. I like the fact that I was able to speak with Todd. I explained to him what had happened and he explained to me what he could do for me. He went above and beyond to help me, I did not have to appear in court and I was very satisfied with the outcome of the judgement that I wanted. He even went so far as to go to the court and pay the fines for me. I don't know anyone else who will go that far for a client. Todd Browning is kind, compassionate and caring, when he tells you he will take care of you he goes the extra mile to keep his word. I would strongly recommend Todd Browning to anyone who has a traffic related offense. He is the best attorney in Charlotte NC to represent you. J Lixl

My teenage son rear-ended another vehicle in bumper to bumper traffic in Mecklenburg County. No one was hurt, but there was a police officer on scene so my son got a ticket for “failure to control speed” and an order to appear in court. I am a Veteran and had the misfortune of having my Naturalization Certificate disposed of by accident while I was serving. It is very difficult or impossible to do things like renew your passport or get your driver's license without proof of Citizenship. I have known David for many years, but never thought I would need his services. David is honest, hard working and will give you a reasonable price. He was very persistent with my case and I am glad to say that I now have my Naturalization Certificate as a result of that persistence. Don't hesitate to call him for Immigration or any of the other matters he handles.

Whenever I asked same questions to other lawyers, I received very vague answers. But when I posed the same questions to this lawyer, he was able to answer all of them clearly. The questions were a combination of F1, TPS, H1-B and GC. Would recommend him over other lawyers!

David helped me get a hit and run dismissed and a following too close charge dismissed as well. I was able to get out of my traffic tickets without getting any points on my license or increasing my insurance. I always hire attorney Concha when I have a ticket.

David is a very good attorney. We needed one of those new I-601a waiver's that Obama passed so that I could get my green card. Everything went very well. David got my waiver approved and now I have my green card and I am back with my family. I recommend David to everybody and if I ever need another attorney in the future, I'll hire him again!
