I got a citation for an accident and contacted them to resolve the matter. They responded well to my queries and got my citation dismissed. I am 100% pleased with their service.

This is an excellent firm to do business with. I was able to get a traffic case dismissed without any extra fees or fines. They responded quickly and resolved the issue in a timely manner. This attorney did not properly represent me. The case was handed to him on a silver platter and he did not show up on time the day of court or advise me of the courtroom change prior to court, therefore causing the case to be dismissed. He poorly handled a case he handled for my cousin as well. I would not recommend him AT ALL. You are not being truthful in your reply to my review. I was just in front of the same judge for this same case on Thursday 5/27 and the Judge read from her notes "You arrived at 9:35 for a case that was called at 9:00am. She gave an additional 30 minutes before she dismissed the case. You showed up at 9:35". It was your responsibility to notify me of the courtroom change as you were made aware of this change during the previous court date (as per the judge). Further, I was in the court building prior to 9am. There were several notices on the courtroom door for which I appeared. I was not certain which one if any applied to my case. In addition, you did not even call me when you did make it to the court building even after you learned the case was dismissed. I had to call you. We have been in dispute about this since you failed to properly represent me but the validation surfaced when the judge verified from her notes, reading verbatim that you did not arrive until 9:35. She agreed that you failed in your representation on my behalf.

She charged my homeless friend $150 for a consult. She looked through none of her information. She told her that she would charge her $600 to do a letter and $3400 for deposition. She's a disgrace to black people; especially black women. If a homeless person has that kind of money; why do they need an attorney. Maybe she started at the top. Unfortunately, my friend was too low for her highness. If you can afford it, spend it.

If ever there comes a time in your life. That you are facing a legal matter please don't go at it alone. This firm accepted my case and without any question not only once but three times they pulled me out of the 🔥. I contacted Crews Law Firm specifically because they are landlord/tenant lawyers. My apartment caught on fire on April 17th. After a week of wondering and being displaced in a hotel, we received a letter of termination on Monday, April 26th stating we had to be moved out by May 1st (not even 7 days). I contacted Crews Law Firm to help me with the situation the same day, Monday, April 26th, when she told me that the apartments would receive the demand letter before the end of the week. I got a call on FRIDAY, APRIL 30TH, from her assistant saying they are JUST NOW SENDING the letter. A DAY BEFORE, WE HAD TO BE OUT! Then her assistant called me back to ask for the apartment complex name and address. Some care you have for your clients, right? According to NC law, if there is a fire, they can give you 7 days to move out. Well, Ms.Crew did not tell me this, and if she is a lawyer in NC, she should know NC law, correct? So I wasted $750 for nothing because I ended up handling it myself. This has already been a hard time for my family, and I could have used that money to help find my family a new home. Thank you for nothing.
