Jennifer Stevens handled my Immigration case and was very good in the beginning. But as my case started to be negligent and reckless in handling the process of my case. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone that has a difficult case. She is good at filing forms but she only thinks about herself and not keeping family together.

I received so many letters and offers in the mail when I received speeding ticket going 10 miles over speed limit. When I opened up the one from Browning it was just something about their letter, I made the phone call and from the time Jennifer picked up the phone to the end of the process everything was made so easy.. it was just as they said, paid $80 to use their service and my ticket was reduced from $263 to $50 improper equipment ticket with no points off. This office is AMAZING and I would recommend to EVERYONE 😊THANKS BROWNING &LONG for helping me out.

As an CDL holder, My license is important to my job. I received a Citation that was unjust and the trooper misunderstood the situation. Upon retaining this law firm, they responded in a very timely manner and were very responsive to my E-Mails. They had one postponement due to needing more documentation, but they resolved the issue without any more occurring of any fines or fees from the court. I highly recommend this Law Firm. All transactions were done via the Phone or E-Mail. A very responsive law firm and within reason for their fees for the citation issued.

Extremely easy to work with! Not only did they do what we had hoped for (getting a speeding ticket changed to improper equipment), but we also got the fine reduced substantially. Top that off with a very reasonable fee, the huge savings in insurance costs, and the fact that we didn't have to go to court makes this an easy 5 star rating.
