100% would recommend this law firm to everyone! With out the help of Adam Hocutt I wouldn’t have been able to fight for what was right! He went above and beyond what any lawyer would have done in my case! He even went to the restaurant before our initial meeting just to check it out and see what their policy was about peanut allergies. I cannot thank this firm enough!!!!

Visited these gentlemen's offices with opposing counsel during a mediation session. Their advice to their client caused a simple straight forward situation that could have been settled in 10 minutes to last nearly 7 hours. Giving 2 stars because they did provide soda and semi comfortable chairs to wait around in.

David and his team did a phenomenal job handling my case. The communication between he and I was great thought the process. He never kept me waiting long on responses and consistently kept me in the loop. On occasion we had to meet for some discussions, and they worked with me on my schedule to make it happen as soon as possible. His professionalism was at a highest at all times and it paid off at the end.

David McCleary and Erica Bumgardner handled our kinship adoption. From the first meeting, all the way through to the end, they were quick to respond, provided updates, and made sure we knew everything that we needed to complete before the final adoption decree could be signed by a judge. They care about children and understand the stress you as a client can go through during this process. If you are adopting, I would highly recommend their services.

David was a great attorney who really had my best interest in mind. He worked very hard for me and I am very satisfied with the outcome of my case. He really listened and understood my situation. He was prompt and professional and always responded quickly to emails/ phone calls. He took the time to answer my questions and explain the law to me.
