The overall outcome was a huge success from Mark by winning my case at trial. Mark and staff were very pleasant, professional, and mostly hard-working. I HIGHLY recommend Mark Jetton if anyone gets a DWI.

SAVE YOURSELF ALOT OF TIME AND MONEY AND FIND SOMEONE ELSE! After paying his $7500 retainer fee, Mr. Meredith did nothing but bleed the account. When I say nothing was done in over 3.5 months..... I MEAN NOTHING. When talking to other lawyers, I have since found out that due to my circumstances, an emergency hearing could have taken place for immediate child support for 5 kids and alimony. Instead..... over 3.5 months later, still nothing had been filed! Every time I would call to check on the status or see what was happening, I was billed for the phone call. He ended up taking $3500 out of the retainer and STILL NOTHING WAS DONE. When I finally made the decision to cut ties, he only refunded $4000 of the $7500. I can't believe I put so much trust into someone who didn't even care about trying to make it right in the end. All he's after is money.... which is super dangerous.

I found myself in legal trouble (multiple DUI-related charges) and was referred to the office of Attorney Mark Jetton. I could not have ever hoped for a more positive outcome of this unfortunate situation. Because of the excellent work of Mark Jetton, my charges were all dismissed. I could not be more grateful, nor recommend Mr. Jetton more highly. During the legal process, Mr. Jetton was communicative, knowledgeable, and supportive. 10/10 a solid dude.

My Daughter Emma received a speeding ticket (91 in a 60) in Gaston County going back to college last Fall. We contacted the law firm and was assisted by Tim Cannady, Esq. Tim was very helpful in telling her what she needed to do to get the ticket taken care of and the record expunged so that it would not affect her insurance. He explained to her that this was reckless driving (a felony) and she could lose her license for 12 months. He advised her to do 25 hours of community service for a non-profit and to complete the Alive at 25 driving course (all before the hearing). Because this was such a high speed, she had to appear in court, which we just did this past Monday. The judge granted her a PJC (a quilty plea but no conviction & no report to insurance company). She did have to pay court fees, but no fine! Although this experience was very nerve racking, it was a good lesson and we are thankful that Jetton & Meredith was able to help us!
