I was so fortunate to have Mrs. Knox represent my family. She is so compassionate, knowledgeable, and self-reliant. She worked within the firm, with Alan Brotherton, Gray Brotherton, Rhonda, and Robin to bring some peace for my family. I do highly recommend her and the entire law firm for all legal matters. Frances and Rhonda are absolutely amazing. I was in a car accident a year ago. They have gone above and beyond to get the all the bills paid that were associated with the accident. My settlement is final a year later. Rhonda and Frances never gave up during the whole year, even when the other person’s insurance was giving them a hard time. They have served myself and my family on several occasions and have always had great service on each of these occasions. They are the best around. Will not use anyone else!!! When I called the office to ask for assistance creating a Will, I was kindly greeted and given a convenient appointment. When my husband and I met with Frances, we immediately felt comfortable, and could tell we were in good hands. She asked important questions in a clear and respectful manner, and handled all of our questions the same way. Within the week, we received an email containing drafts of our documents for our review. We then made an appointment to sign them after any needed changes were made or further questions were answered. Frances also shared tips and recommendations for keeping documents organized and ensuring all related matters were addressed, which was needed and very helpful. Overall a great experience! After reviewing, we were promptly given an appointment to come sign our documents. We were treated like family, as if they'd known us for years. When my Grandmother passed away, a friend referred us to Knox Law, Denver NC. My Mother is hesitant around new people, so she asked me to set up and attend the appointment. The office was warm and welcoming. From the time we sat down with Mrs. Knox (call me Frances) we were immediately put at ease. I only attended that one appointment and after that my Mother was confident to go by herself. To the point where she told me she was going just to drop off a homemade cheeseball.
