8/22/2023 - This is the second time we have needed to engage Jetton & Meredith, and BOTH times, we could not have been happier with their knowledge, skill, professionalism, responsiveness, compassion, promptness, unbelievable staff and we could go on and on and on! Last year, we worked with Mark Jetton. In this situation Mark referred us to his colleague, Shaefer Shepard. Admittedly, I didn't know if we would receive the same level of service, but I can confirm, 100%, Shaefer was STELLAR!!! He was incredibly responsive, thorough, understanding, and took care of our situation entirely!!! As an example, I emailed Shaefer at 10:00 PM on a Sunday evening, and at 11:05 PM, he is responding back, putting our concerns and minds at ease from his message. Everything he promised he would do, he did! We feel as if we were his only client, which we know is not the case! So, if you are in need of knowledgeable, skilled, incredible legal advice and counsel, contact Jetton & Meredith, and ask for Shaefer. Tell him "Sherri sent you!" From 2022 - If it were possible to give Mark Jetton and his Team 1,000+ Stars, that is exactly what we would do!!! My husband, Mark, & I believe in seeking wise counsel. We had a situation which constituted seeking legal counsel because we just were not sure what to do. His kind associate, Sarah, scheduled a consultation for us immediately. We meet with Mark Jetton and he made us feel very comfortable in sharing our situation. The first thing I noticed was how intentional he was to listen to our issue and concerns. He asked great questions. Took copious notes. He made sure he understood what we hoped to accomplish from our outreach to him. He then shared his approach on how best to this situation, which was actually a common one to our surprise. Mark was also very honest. He shared the best case scenario, as well as how his efforts may not accomplish what we hoped. He knew EXACTLY what was needed in an attempt to resolve our situation professionally, skillfully, expeditiously, and hopefully successfully! Everything he said he would do, he did it!! The communication with Mark was honestly unbelievable!!! He handled everything from soup to nuts, beginning to the end. We found out about Jetton & Meredith via the North Carolina Bar Association search. This was the best Google search we ever made!!! Thank you Mark, and your exceptional Team for helping us navigate and peacefully resolve our issue!!! I was charged with a dwi, Tim Cannady handled my case with ease and grace, from the very beginning to the end! Great communication, I was able to get my license back right away, and able to get things in my life back to normal. He was also able to take what seemed to be an impossible case, and get a NOT GUILTY verdict. A lot of lawyers would not take my case at first, or wanted to plead me guilty. I am so thankful for Tim Cannady and this law firm. They took the impossible, and made it possible! Absolutely amazing work!!

Tim Cannady, what can I say. He does exactly what he tells you. Helped me out of a ticket in a big truck. Anyone knows that can be a real career hinderance when you’re a truck driver. Got it expunged. Great firm. I’d suggest them to anyone Also I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to call upon them again. Hopefully the need doesn’t arise. But if it did they have my business.

Mark and chera were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. They communicate extremely well and responded very quickly to any questions or concerns I had regarding my case. They made sure they left no stone unturned and I genuinely felt that they had my best interest at heart. Mark is extremely experienced and great at what he does and I wouldn’t recommend any one else over him to handle any legal issues you may have. Chera was Very kind and professional and made sure to make any questions or concerns I had a priority which was extremely appreciated!! 10/10

I was told when I called for separation agreement it was $300 that included consultation and write up if we agreed on everything. And after doing that now they say $2500 to write half a page and have it signed. So unless you want to spend $2800 for simple agreement pass on this place.
