Attorney Mark Jetton is the best hands down he not only won my case but my husband had an issue and he also won his case without any hesitation he and his team will give you 150% I'll continue to reccomend his law firm

Mark Jetton is a fantastic attorney. I am relatively new to Charlotte and did not know who to turn to when I got into legal trouble. After calling a few other attorneys, my prospects looked bleak, it looked like the best option was going to be an intensive probation for 2-4 years or worse. I called Mark’s office and got an appointment with him the next day and he thought he might be able to do a little better. I was apprehensive at first because the price was a bit higher than others but I figured, you pay for what you get. That maxim held true and more. One year later, with his help, we were given an offer of Twelve months of unsupervised probation and dismissal after the twelve months with the ability for expungement. This offer allows me to visit my family out of state, keep my employment, and gave me the opportunity to do a treatment plan I thought was right for me, not what the court said was right for me in addition to being able to have a clean record again. I can not offer enough praise for what Mark and his team were able to do for me. Someone was always able to answer the phone if I had a question or discuss the case. Hopefully, I never have legal issues again but if I do or if I ever need a lawyer again but if I do, I know where to turn. I do not believe any one else would have been able to do what he did under my circumstances. 5/5 stars Colin L.

Mr. Jetton, and everyone associated with his firm are top notch. I retained Mr. Jetton for his services after finding myself in a situation where criminal charges were being taken out on me following a physical altercation where I acted in self defense. The "victim" was not only seeking criminal punishment, but monetary compensation as well. Mr. Jetton was able to get all charges dismissed with ease. I highly recommend Mr. Jetton if you are in need of legal assistance.

Attorney Tim Cannady is amazing. He was always responsive and worked diligently to achieve my goals. He went above and beyond for me in resolving my issue and made sure that the other party clearly understood the terms of our agreement, and of the potential outcomes should they fail to adhere to that agreement in the future. Tim genuinely cares about his clients, and quickly achieves results! Tim accomplished all that I asked, and also took extra steps to ensure that I was legally protected from the other party in the future. After his excellent representation, I highly doubt I will have any issues related to this matter ever again. I can't say enough wonderful things about Tim, and Jetton and Meredith... if you hire them you will not be disappointed!

I would highly recommend Tim Cannady and the firm of Jetton & Meredith to anyone who is in a need of an attorney that is professional, competent, has a very broad knowledge of the law and wants what is best for his client. Cannady represented me in two criminal cases filed against me by my ex-husband and his live-in girlfriend. The first case was a criminal charge for destruction of property (a door hanger/decoration). Due to Cannady's reputation and dealings with lawyers/judges in Cabarrus county we were able to have the case go to mediation and not heard by a judge. Cannady has an incredible knowledge of the law and is able to think ahead of future charges that could be filed. We settled the case in mediation that day and it was a victory for me. The girlfriend wanted to also file a charge of assault against me. Since we both agreed to the terms of the mediation, she was not able to file any additional charges against me because it would have been double jeopardy. Because this was a criminal charge, Jetton & Meredith also went the extra steps for me to have it expunged from my record. The second case was a motion filed against me for viloating the restraining order by my ex-husband and his girlfriend. My ex also wanted to file a motion contempt for violating our child custody agreement. When Mr. Cannady went to the Clerks Office, he realized the motion should have been filed in the original county (could not be heard in court, dismissed). The motions were dismissed as a criminal charge due to the other unexperience lawyer not filing all the correct paperwork. Mr. Cannady was aware of this and was able to request motion be dismissed by the judge. The plaintiffs lawyers than changed it to a civil charge but due to the plaintiffs basing it on past acts and not current or future acts, this was also dismissed. This was the BIG WIN for me as the plaintiffs wanted me to reimburse them for over $7500 in lawyer fees! I couldn't have hoped for a better outcome! Mark took a possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia case for me. Although i do have priors he still kept his word that i wouldn't have to step foot in the courthouse (to me is super nerve racking so i was already sold. But he also got it dismissed the very day i called him. I contacted another attorney before i called Mark and he told me i would have to take a class and my case probably would have not gotten taken care of until September. If i could leave 10 stars i would ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Thanks again Mark

Mark Jetton is an incredible lawyer I received DWI 2016 and took it to trial and won! I was so scared, but he really came through for me! In 2019, it seemed like there was a dark cloud over my head. On 2 separate occasions, I was rear-ended at traffic lights subsequently “sandwiched” between 2 cars. Again, Mark, Kathy and Jolie were great and always conducted themselves with the highest level of professionalism and integrity. I would highly recommend retaining their services if you ever find yourself in need of legal support! As a matter of fact – I just referred them to a friend last week 😊
