Where do I begin? First off when my small business was summoned to small claims court I was nervous. Number one, about the situation in general, Number two, finding a good lawyer who would take such a small claims style case. (Which to me, this was the biggest case in the world). I found exactly who I was looking for with Jetton and Meredith! Shaefer & Mark handled my case with the more professionalism I could've asked for. Shaefer walked me through the process. Listened to what the case was. He was confident in my innocence. Which was a major relief! Shaefer presented my case to the court better than I could even comprehend. He was able to show the court rather quickly that there was indeed no case and it was then dismissed. I know first hand had I tired to do this alone, it would have yielded a much different outcome. Mr. Mark Jetton was professional with handling the criminal case he kept us informed of every step in the case with multiple court date set and canceled. When picking the jury he listened to what potential jurors were saying and kept and dismissed potential jurors to try to select a group that would be fair and follow the law. Mark would advise how he felt the trial was going every time court was let out for a break and lunch and dismissed for the day. Mr. Jetton’s closing argument was on target and extremely professional and well stated. My family and I would highly recommend Mr. Jetton. He is highly professional, confident and competent. If you find yourself needing a lawyer, we would 100% recommend him and his staff!
