Mr. Gott is the BEST attorney I have ever had the pleasure to work with! I have been blown away at his professionalism & tenacity in my case & the regular & informative updates he has offered throughout the process without needing any prodding from me. My past experiences with other attorneys have unfortunately not been at all pleasant, full of frustration at lack of progress & lack of communications. I hired Mark to assist me with a guardianship petition for an adult child. In our consultation he explained the types of guardianships, the role of the guardian ad litem and the process he would help me undertake. He was easy to contact throughout and prepared me for the actual hearing. He was on target during the hearing, and I was successful in obtaining guardianship. As a bonus, he was very pleasant to interact with and was very appropriate with my child.

Our petition for guardianship of parents was extremely time sensitive. Mark listened, directed and expedited our case and obtained a hearing for us within a window of 11 days. Mark reviewed two extremely large medical files on parents and found every thread of medical comments that was necessary to expediently obtain permanent guardianship at the very first hearing. His demeanor was amazing. His conversational skills with the mediator, other attorneys and all present was direct and extremely professional. We had no prior knowledge of him or his qualifications but knew as soon as we met him that he was going to successfully obtain our guardianship request.
