I found Eric Meredith as a single mom, who just left a dangerous and complex domestic violence marriage, with children. Mr. Meredith was always professional, honest , caring and explained each step that needed to be taken. He made me feel comfortable, in an uncertain and what felt like a hopeless situation. I always knew that he was truly invested in my situation, and I was not just another client. He worked extremely hard on the smallest details, making sure nothing was left out. I don’t think I could have ever weathered the storm without him on my side. I recommend Mr. Meredith, without any hesitation. I truly consider him a friend now. Every time we walked into court, I was completely confident in him, and his abilities and every parent deserves that peace of mind. Our case final came to its end, and because of all his dedication, and hard work, myself and my children are safe and happy again.

I was charged in August of 2017 with DWI, Driving with Open Container, and failure to maintain lane control. I was stationed in South Carolina at the time of the incident and was visiting some friends in Charlotte, while having a few beverages. I wasn't to meet Mr. Jetton for the consultation, but my family member stood in for me to discuss the trial with Mr. Jetton. My family member immediately felt a sense of comfort, and that Mr. Jetton had everything under control. Upon meeting Mr. Jetton he kept me very informed of what his intentions were every time I had to make a court appearance. On the last court appearance, the state trooper who made the arrest did not appear in court, and Mr. Jetton controlled the situation entirely, and did not allow the district attorney another continuance on behalf of the trooper's absence. Because of the absence, Mr. Jetton made a motion to dismiss all three counts that were against me, and won my case for me. I would highly recommend this attorney for anyone who is need of a professional, competent, and attentive DWI attorney.

I was going to write a lengthy review on the details of my case and how it was handled by Mark Jetton and his firm, but since I hired Mark- nothing technically happened. Needing an attorney is a stressful and daunting situation to be in. I did my research and spoke with a few other attorneys about my case before speaking with Mark. I knew right away from his confidence and experience I wanted him fighting by my side. After our first meeting, he told me he would get my license back by noon the next day. None of the other attorneys even mentioned that! I put Mark to the test and by 1145am the next day, he called me to notify me I could go to his office and pick up my license. That was just the beginning of his commitment to me and example of how he would deliver..Which he did! Thank you again for all you and your firm did for me!

J&m law firm did a fantastic job handling my wife’s speeding ticket. She was charged with doing 57 in a 35 they did manage to get it dropped to a improper equipment charge witch is great cause it causes no points on Liscense or insurance.
