He was cold and heartless towards me. I came to his office in a crisis after experiencing multiple incidents of bullying and microaggressions from my coworker and unable to think straight from the stress of the job. Hoping for advice and someone to have my back but Little John was no help at all. I ended up leaving the office and finding a new lawyer.

I went through the ringer with my previous job. I along with employees under my charge, unfortunately was subjected to discrimination by the owner of the company. To keep it short. I was 4421 in the Marine Corps and keeping documentation of events is in my blood. My experience was bad enough to quit 3 times after being asked and pleaded with to return. On my final go with company things went very south with the employees and owner and I involved the cops to protect everyone. I was then harassed for several days by the owner via text message and warned him that if things persisted, I would pursue legal representation. Well things did continue which lead me to Mr. Littlejohn. I want to be honest unless you have proof, witnesses, a organized summary of events don't waste time. I say this because this firm is very diligent in their efforts and the more information you can provide the better they can assist you. I can assure you Mr Littlejohn will take time out to answer any and all questions you have and likes to get the ball rolling is there is merit to your case. Now the process can be short but don't get your hopes up for that. Things will take time but it is worth it in the end to be represented correctly and with every avenue of power you have at your disposal such as the EEOC. I can say until I was connected with this firm, I was deeply depressed in regards to the situation, but Mr Littlejohn cared enough to listen to everything.. He truly gave me my life back and my drive which allowed me to go into business for myself. I'm doing very well now just to mention.

While, unfortunately, our case involved too much for Mr. Littlejohn to take on, he gave me a great consultation. He is clearly passionate about helping others obtain justice. And, he never made me feel rushed during our call. It's VERY hard to find any civil rights attorneys in NC. Mr. Littlejohn is willing to take on the cases others won't.
