I'm really disappointed with this law firm. I gave a down payment plus my information to withdraw two more payments. I have called 5 times and NO return call from Samantha or anyone. I am considering getting a refund and going somewhere else. I started this process in December, it's almost the end of February. They have a high rating, but not sure how they got it🤔
