My husband and I decided to have a Trust drawn up in the invent that something happened to one of us our son would be covered/protected. Paperwork was drawn up ahead of time. A draft copy was sent to us prior so we could read through, which helped to make the signing process easier. An associate went over the necessary documents to make sure we understood what each document was and encouraged us to ask questions. We were in and out within an hour. They had coffee, water, seltzer, and fresh chocolate chip cookies which we smelled from the hallway before entering the office. Everyone was very pleasant and made this process quick & easy! I love that the building upon entering has the old, classic look and feel to it. I flet like I had stepped back in time. There is security at the entrance so you can check-in and then you sign out upon leaving. It was a good experience!
