Jason St Auburn was the attorney assigned to my son’s case. During the period in which he represented my son who has severe mental illnesses, medically fragile, and Intellectual delay Attorney St Auburn was open and very receptive to any and all information I provided to better assist him with communicating with him. He not only took the suggested manner of how it would best serve them for open dialogue but he also used it after unintentionally learning the hard way that my son just wants to get his side of the story out he doesn’t care who the listener is just let him finish while trying to reason with him does not compute and he became escalated. After that encounter was when more detailed information was provided St Auburn executed it perfectly. He kept me updated on the case, always followed up on return calls in a timely and reasonable manner. My son was facing very serious charges 9 months later there was a change in representation Attorney St Auburn provided sufficient notification in January for the change that was to occur in March (2023). I was terrified of what was to come next, will the next attorney have the same level of follow up and updating me as I lived 12 hr drive away. Thanks to all of his efforts and observations filing the appropriate motions after 2 yrs of what felt like an eternity especially with the distance I lived from Charlotte and all my son’s medical and mental health challenges we are reunited I brought him home to live with me. Jason was one of the 1st calls I made to notify of the case dismissal. While he was no longer his attorney it was all the hard work that was done while under his representation that lead to the final outcome. I don’t know what the outcome may have been had his ending representation been the beginning and end for that I am forever grateful for his dedication, knowledge, care and concern for his clients and the compassion shown throughout.
