Made a virtual appointment for a consultation over a month in advance. We received several reminder notifications from them. We took off work. We logged on 5 minutes early using the link they sent us. They never showed up. We waited online 1/2 hour. We called 3 times, we emailed, we did their "chat" thing. If they don't value us and our time, we wouldn't trust them with anything we value.
